SHIPPING INFO

Any order placed on Monday - Friday before 2:00 PM CST will ship that same day
Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday morning
We ship UPS and USPS
We'll email you the tracking number the day your package ships
Right now we ship only to the continental United States

REFUNDS + RETURNS

As a small business selling perishable products, we cannot accept
returns or issue refunds at this time.

Pickin' N Grillin' BBQ is not responsible for damage or loss of
packages due to unavailable recipient, incorrect address information,
or theft. We are not able to change the address or cancel an order
once an order has been placed.
